I have a missing front bumper plug. It is a black plastic plug that snaps into the hole. There are three, and two are still there, so I know what it looks like.
Where can I get one cheap? Or should I just tape over the hole?

Not supposed to be a plug in the middle, it's for the hitch pin.
Assuming you haven't lost parts, go into your spare tire changing kit, and there should be a long hinged pin that fit down through the hole, down to the hitch.

There is a plug you can buy on Ebay to fill the hole. But as mentioned it doesn't come with a plug stock. I couldn't stand that hole being there so I bought the plug for mine, definitely gives it a cleaner look.

I agree! I hated seeing that hole in my front bumper and bought a cap for it as well. Much better now !

So I was at Lowe's during my lunch hour, and I wanted to find out if I could find it myself w/o spending almost $6 for the plug thru the ebay seller.
And sure enough after 10 mins of looking thru the drawers, I was able to find a cap that might work.

The cap comes in pairs....and it was $2.99+tax for both.

Went to my truck...and popped it in...it fit like a glove...looks OEM.

Now I have a spare cap just as a spare...and saved a few bucks in the process.....always a good thing.

See thats what I enjoy doing.
Finding the alternatives to things that are as good, if not better, for a cheaper prices.
I had the same thought process when fixing the shifter linkage...
I was like no way am I paying 125 dollars for nothing more than a grommet.......
