Gotta go now... have a new toy on order, need some cash. Lowest price you'll see...

Duramax swap was done almost 40K miles ago. NOT ONE OUNCE of problems from the install. As per a quote from GM’s head guy at their diesel dept. “This is as close to a factory install as I’ve ever seen”.



Duramax diesel swap with built alison transmission from Mike’s transmission in CA.(allows 300/600 additional HP/TQ)

Diablo tuner

4.56 gears

40” Toyo Open Countrys

Rancho lift.

Torsion keys w/HD 2500 torsion bars

Warn front bumper and winch

Wired for 3 cameras (rear view, hitch and connection for trailer)

headrest DVD’s

Power Amp electric folding running boards

tonneau cover (has hail damage-aluminum)

Ipod/iphone connector

Navigation bypass to enter address on the fly

Roof rails
new windshield

Tinted windows
EVERYTHING works, nothing jerry rigged, by-passed, NO CORNERS CUT!


The body is a 9.5 out of 10

There are four things wrong with this truck.

There is a less than an inch long scratch on the left rear door.

3 stone chips on the front grille (painted white)

Some of the LED lights are out on the ac control and steering control buttons. Replaced them on my old H2, just hadn’t done it on this one yet, doesn’t really affect anything.

console has 1” chunk taken out of rubber covering on hard plastic.

2006 with less than 90K miles on truck, about 92K on engine.

No, no AWD any more. It has the normal 2/4 WD buttons.

I have a HEAVY foot but around town, 13-14mpg and on the highway 18'ish. (running about 75 mph)

Different tunes give different results.

If I was to drive it like a car, I could easily add a couple of miles to the gallon.

I think the rear airbags were Firestone bags. You can buy them at Summit Racing.
