I scratched my skid plate too a week ago ... it just gives your H2 more character. I also scratched my front black bumper area ... not sure if that adds character ...

Hey cubby,

Just curious - why do you have three crossbars - I have three but two are under by Gobi Rack and are still used to mount my Hard Cargo Carrier - the third has 4 off-road lights mounted.

Cubby,

How much lift you have on that? Looks like the side steps faired well.

Check out the OkC Chapter Page!

Cool pics...looks like fun.

One thing you might want to keep in mind that generally, it is better to cross a gap like that diagonally, so that one wheel goes over it at a time. That will keep you from banging your front bumper and dragging your rear. Not that you did there, but you never know.

It was your 1st time? AWESOME!!

Good for you, using your Hummer for what it was designed for.

And congrats on crossing that crack, I bet there aren't very first timers that would try that.

Cubby...

That must be the Frio River. Its really a shame that great 4wheeling areas like this are about to be closed in Texas. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

As you probably already know Senate Bill 155 passed and was singned by the Gov. last week, effective 1/1/04 areas like the Frio will no longer be open to the public's motor vehicles.

Glad you got to enjoy it one more time.

Don

Actually it was the Sabinal River.....but I know where the Frio is. It is a shame thats gonna happen, not to many places you can go now a days to have a little fun. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Cubby,

I feel like less of a man now. I've yet to take the H2 off-road. Whenever I get the urge,
I take the Sahara YJ. Your photos have inspired me. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Cubby, where did you get the grill cover on the hood. I love the look. I have been customizing the H2s here at the dealership but yours is the first i have seen like that. Have you had any problem with the paint lifting on your bumper covers specificaly(sp) the back?

Cubby,
Great to see you having fun with your baby. Sorry about making the crack about you not taking it offroad. Hope to see more of your pics soon.
