High pitched chirp when slow turning

Hello everyone

Yes another noise came out ... This time a high pitched chirp mostly when turn wheels while going slow reverse ..

Only thing I see after a quick inspection is a bad ball joint ... I lube and the nise seem to go for couple days but then came back .

Could the BJ cause this type of noises ...

Any other thing to check ...

BTW truck is 70k miles , no offroad ,

Bad Hub ... replaced by timken ... problem fixed . easy job .
