Looking to remove my outside rear tire spare carrier. I would like to leave the actual tow hooks in place though. I want to take just the arm off while leaving the rest of the assembly on the vehicle. (tow hooks)
What do I need to do?
Thanks

This might help...I'd assume that you need to remove 38 & 39, unlatch the left side, then lift the carrier up.

Got it! Thanks man.
Just for future reference for anyone that reads this, you just remove 38 and 39 bolts. Then pull up while moving the arm back & forth. I tried pulling straight up and it wouldn't budge. Make sure you move the arm back and forth while pulling up and it will easily come up with some effort.
Since I'm leaving the tow hooks on the vehicle, I went to Autozone to find something to plug the big hole with, where the tire carrier sat in. I found the perfect fit! Its called "Rubber Expansion Plug" by 'Expand-Tite!', the size is 1-3/4" to 1-7/8". It slides right in the hole, tighten it, and seals up perfect. I painted mine with matte black paint before installing. Not bad for $4.
Enjoy.
