H2 clanging noise under vehicle

My 2003 H2 Hummer has a clanging noise coming from under vehicle. It sound to me from around the exhaust and is louder when the vehicle first starts in the morning. Can anyone suggest where this noise is coming from?

See if the heat shield around the muffler is loose for starters. My old 2003 had a "rattle" and it was fixed by the dealership with a very large hose clamp.
