Wow! I just spent about two hours reading the thread on the H2 forum "H2 vs Jeep". Actually it started with a video (great vid by the way, I laughed my a$$ off) that was posted both here and the jeep forum. So I got about ten pages into the one on the H2 forum and then about twenty pages on the Jeep forum. Pretty funny stuff. Paragon, I don't know how you kept your sanity through that!!!
Anyway, here's a question for ya...
How have people with other brands, or H2s for that matter, reacted to your H3?
I was considering a Wrangler (I previously owned a CJ5 and loved it) before I bought the H3 but wasn't too confident about it towing my boat and wanted a little more civilized ride. I got a few of the "it's just a Colorado" or "its not a real Hummer" comments when I mentioned to people that I was considering the H3, but overall since I got it everyone loves it.
How about you guys and gals?

Just let everyone know that, except for the engine and trans, the drivetrain, and frame are different between the Colorado/Canyon and the H3. Many people think that because a vehicle is produced at the same assembly plant, they are the same.
This is not true, which is also evidenced with the Cadillac XLR and Corvette (Bowling Green), Saturn VUE and ION (Spring Hill), two I can name off the top of my head at this time.
The H3 has a beefier frame, axles, transfer case(s) and suspension. Someone on here said 80 percent of the parts are different; not sure, but it might be about right.

Most people have been positive or indifferent, I don't personally think anyone should care what I drive but someone threw their milkshake on my passenger side at chandler fashion (I go to the mall), if I ever catch someone doing that, I'm gonna clean it off with their face. I was a little annoyed about that.
