Sirius Question

On my nav system everytime I hit the Sirius button the Call 1-800-sirius button comes up and won't go away. Anyone know how to get rid of that?

does your sirius work at all? Is everything else fine except that?

Sounds like that radio is not signed up for Sirius. Once you have registered it will work. Or it maybe you might have to re register. Or it might me a software problem that your dealer can fix.
