I need to replace the drivers side carpet. Does anyone have any suggestions? The dealer wants $650 and I really dont think its worth that. It has a hole rubbed in the carpet right in front of the rail the the captains chair slides on. Any other suggestions rather than replacement?

I would try to see if you can have it repaired first by one of the "Dr Vinyl" repair persons. Surely there is someone in your area performing these ervices as it's a big market for them. Then I would throw in some of those Husky Floor liners of equivalent.

Ive had one of those guys do vinyl dash repair, didnt know if they did carpet as well. Ill look him up.
