How many people here have a remote start in your H2? Also, couldn't find much on remote start in these forums so I'm wondering what you guys got, how much you paid, installed yourself etc.

Yeah, I'm going to need to start researching this for my beast soon, any input and experience would be greatly appreciated. Also I know the remote start/2 way notification security systems are out there, a little $$$, what are thoughts on going for the whole schbang?

Thanks in advance.

I went with the Dealer installed Python 881XP if I remember right it was a little under 5 bills. I have had it iver a year and my remote just leaked out all the LCD crap they replaced it for nothing and when they were programing it they noticed the main brain box was reading some error code so they replaced that as well. So far the best I could find is the viper , gives two way info and has the option for up to three accesories . I have mine set up to turn on the heated seats . http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
