GM Canada Issues

Talked to my dealer again yesterday and he says that he has received a whole pile of VIN's but no invoices (also no trucks as of yet). GM Canada is having trouble sorting out exact pricing (residuals and discounts I think).
Anyone have any insight in to what these issues are and when they will be resolved so final invoices can be paid and my truck can be delivered?

I feel your pain. The dealers in Montreal have no clue when they are getting them in. At least the Canadian press is reporting on the H3:
