Hi guys
I'm thinking about poor man supercharger. I want it to be compact as it will not be used alot. I'm thinking of tapping the air intake tube for nitrous nozzle and mount bottle and all wiring under hood with everyting wired for easy removal if i have to go to shop. In place of nozzle hole I would set it up to put in air filter monitor to explain hole. I would just unbolt and take out nitrous switch from cab interior.
I'm completely a novice with this stuff. I know you can fry an engine in a heart beat but I'm thinking of only using a lower HP orifice so I will not risk engine. I know some of You guys have extensive knowledge and lots of tricks.
What brand would You recommend if You recommend doing it at all. Keep in consideration my idea of quick removal if needed. What Hp would You say is safe and if You have done this would You private message me so We can discuss this? Also keep in mind i have a programer, throttle body spacer, and air intake.
OK You brainiacs (with utmost respect) get in here and help me do this. Maybe I'll be the first (I doubt it) but We could all have some fun with this figuring out how to make it work. I know everyone likes a challenge.
