I have a new 05 H2 and I noticed that the interior light does not go on when I open the door. It does go on when I unlock the doors with my fob, but only stays on for about 10 seconds.

Is there someplace I can configured this in the computer? I can’t seem to find reference to this in the manual.

Check your override switch. From the manual:
