Does anyone know the part numbers for the black plastic mirror caps, as well as the rear license plate chrome piece? Or, are these not available?

Thanks so much,
-J

Thanks so much -- greatly appreciate it!

So, it is still not possible to purchase just the black mirror caps, but instead you have to purchase the entire mirror?

Thanks,

-Justyn

The best bet is to try to track down the caps through the H2's mirror supplier, whoever that is. Schefenacker is one of the largest mirror manufacturers out there, maybe they make the mirrors for the H2.

Gentex makes the interior mirror for the H2, not sure if they make the outside mirrors.

Nevermind, GENTEX makes all three mirrors for the H2. You might be able to contact them and find out if the make the entire mirror component or just the glass system. In any case, they may be able to point you to a supplier of the caps.

If you find out anything, on the inside of the black mirror caps the following are stamped:

Passenger side - 82-231 RH
Driver's side - 82-232 LH

I'm looking for the same answer. I have chrome
caps, but want black. Did you have any luck
finding just the black caps?

Ok, I found the caps, but had to look hard.
Found them from a large salvage yard in
Wisconsin called Saved Auto Parts. They
will sell you just the black caps, $100.
Will post a pic when I receive them.
Now for the Chrome piece above the rear
plate. I weant rid of that. If you
can tell me how to get it off and what
I will find under it, you can have it!

The rear chrome piece above the license plate is part of the entire license plate surround piece. I bought mine from www.gmpartsdirect.com (http://www.gmpartsdirect.com) for $90.00. The part number for the black is 15135441.

Best of luck!
