My new light bar and 37' BFGs

I finally finished the light bar for my Hella 4000s. Its very simple but I'm pleased with how it turned out. Its just a piece of angle iron welded to a plate which uses the existing factory mounting points on the brush guard. The hood has just enough clearance to open down. I rattle canned it black for now but I'm going to coat it with some bedliner-in-a-can to give it some texture.

I haven't actually got the lights hooked up yet but I'll try to tackle that this weekend.

I still haven't had the new tires offroad http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif but I will post some impressions once I make it out. On road they're actually very nice. No excessive hum and the ride is great. They totally changed the appearance of the truck. So far, I have nothing but great things to say about the BFGs.

No chrome or shiny billet pieces were used in the making of this light bar and no animals were injured.

Very nice. Might I suggest that you try to find some 3M clear adhesive plastic film to put over those nice Hellas? I took a rock hit to one of my PIAA 525's this week.
