Hi,
I am in Juneau AK without a Hummer dealer/svc dept but I do have a GM dealer/svc dept that does my work.
I have a 03' H2 and am questioning the results of my recent work:
1. torsion bar replacement (done by gm dealer).
2. front end alingment (diffent company, ordered by the gm dealer).
(here I'm talking about the distance btwn the cream colored stop bump and the A-arm's and am speaking in general terms since I don't know how much distance I really had)
BEFORE the work; I had 1/2 inch distance on driver side and 1/8 passenger side.
AFTER the work; I have 1/4 inch on both sides.
What is the TRUE distance supposed to be. I would think (just me) that it would be closer to the 1/2 inch that I had before... after all this is an off-road vehicle.
Please let me know, as I want this to be a Hummer H2, not a Toyota Camry.
Thanks,
David
