I know it's not as bad as most of the hummer haters stories, but I just though I would share since this was my first one. I'm actually surprised that it took this long....but I was at the farmers market with my wife and walked back to the truck and found a little "green" sticky note on my window that read:

"Driving this vehicle is just wrong! You're a menace to other drivers on the road, you are polluting our air and abusing our natural resources. And all because of greed and selfishness. You should be very ashamed of yourself."

I just thought this was funny.

Nice. Congrats on your first scolding. I get something at least once a day up here in Ithaca,NY from some berkinstock wearing hippy taking time out from protesting the war. I'm sure it doesn't help that I have a 4" lift 37" mudders. The last encounter I had, I threatened to use their prius as a ramp on my next oil change. Was that not "PC"?

A wasted sticky note!! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

That's one less beautiful tree in this world...and the sticky stuff itself must be made from a petroleum product...the writer is clearly supporting the war for oil in Iraq.

Someone needs to turn in their pair of Berkinstocks. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

I wonder how many trees died for that sticky note?

X2. 6 inch lift = the carnage on every single run you ever make. Ttis true. But have fun.

A 2" would be the best. But curious about a 4" lift. Maybe just a typo?

And I wonder what air polluting vehicle they drove to the market that day? And what about the tree that was killed to make that post it note they left on your vehicle? And what about the natural resources used to pollute the environment to produce that pen they used? It just goes on and on and on...

Wow, this note is a wake up call for me. I'm selling asap. I had no idea about all the trouble I've created in the world. :(

Nice truck. I like where you mounted the hi-lift. Did you use the "4x4" rack and just drill through the bumper?

Thanks,
yeah thats all i did. I had to bend the mounting screw post a tad inward since the bumper is rounded a little.
