If you are familiar with the Dex-Cool debate, I would be interested in hearing your views. With all the nightmares I've been reading, I'm thinking about flushing mine out and replacing the tried and tested green stuff.

I use the longer-life Dex Cool in my sports car due to manufacturer's recommendation. It has given me no corrosion nor temperature issues since I bought the car in 2000.

Since the H2's manual states Dex Cool, I'll stick with it, but one could just as well use the green stuff like Prestone and be well served with more frequent flushing/changes.

Will using something other then Dex-Cool void warranties?
