YES!!!! The last week of September/first week of October would be great.
We need to make sure that there's no other events going on when we go- especially no sanctioned Hummer Club events because if I have to put up with some dillweed's politicking I'll whack him/her with a shovel.

The HCI Durango/Moab event is Sept 16-26. It usually is a very good outing and Doug Zirkel is an excellent organizer, but you're right there are some rules I don't agree with. I.e. not allowing splitting away to do optional obstacles.

I hope some of the H1 owners do go. I hope the H3 owners do too. As far as what happend on our last Moab trip with the H1/H2 BS, just leave it there. If the group gets too big, we can split up into a couple of groups also. Some people may not be ready for Golden Spike, while others may be ready for Behind the Rocks.
