LOL.. I actually really like the rear bumper guard .. works as a great step to get in the back. As for backing up.. I even have the backup beep thing in my hitch plug. Loud as hell so grandmas know I'm backing up.. cuz I can't see **** back there.
Problem with White.. is that all the hard work of claying, polishing and waxing.. doesn't show. Whereas, if it was black.. it would be a mirror. But the paint is so clean and slick.. everything just slides off of it. I love Einszett products.. only took 5 hours for the whole process. So I'm happy.

Ok you have my attention. Do you have a better pic of the rear guard and info on them? Also on the Einszett products and the claying.

Rear guard is made by Manik. goto www.manik.com (http://www.manik.com)
The clay is just any clay. I bought it from detailer's paradise. They had a sale on it.. for $21 bux.. Mothers would do also. But Einszett www.1z-usa.com (http://www.1z-usa.com) is as good as Zano bros shine and gloss.. but it takes half of the work. All you need is the Metallic Polish and Glanz Wax.. and you are done. Don't worry about getting it on your black plastic trim.. it does not stain it white.. whipes right off.
I got all the products from detailer's paradise.com

NOC, are your bumper inserts "chrome" or "brushed"? I'm ordering some but don't know which ones to get.
I think the brushed stand out more, but chrome is nice when it's clean.
Thanks!

Do you not take it offroad? What about the departure angle? It looks like that has cut it down drastically.

Where can I get bumper inserts like that? I like those a lot!

Why do people always assume you have to take the H2 offroad. Have you ever thought that some people do live in the city and won't see any off road for 100's of miles away? Some of us don't have a dirt road to get to our house. Do I ask people that put a kicking stereo system in their sports car that "Do you not RACE?? Cuz that really weighs the car down." umm Duh!
When I do go off road, I would need to remove the side steps anyways.. just as if I had stock. I might as well remove my back bumper guard also. It's only 4 bolts.
I'm just so sick of everybody that assumes that every H2 offroads 80% of the time. It's actually the other way around which all of us are ON-Road 80% of the time. So why not make your rig however you use it for? If I go offroading every other weekend. I would have a set of MT's on the side. Our stock rims are cheap.. I wouldn't be driving with MT for my everyday drive?? what for?

Hummers are fun to customize regardless of how you use them. Offroading is indeed fun but so is installing DVD players, sat. radio and driving around town. I thorougly enjoy driving my H1 on road as much as off road.
Like you said, if you really want to go off road you can just remove the bumper and side steps (about 20 minutes of work)
