That is all. Don't use weight lifting belts when you work out.

Sorry Moonie, surgery?

I hope so. Rather go that route then run around with a tight ass nutt sling trying to hold everything in place for awhile http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

On a lighter note, hernia surgery has improved about 2% in comparison to 120 years ago. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I had a double hernia a few years ago. Truth is, the operation is a snap, you're stiff and sore for a while, but they give you pain killers, and you know you're going to get well. And everyone brings you stuff while you're recovering.

Things could be worse.

Good luck,

Moonie, take a picture for us.http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gifhttp://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I had an abdominal hernia from ballet when I was younger. The recovery was the worst part, laughing and coughing brought the suck for about a week or so.
