New lights / Plate moved / Pin locked

I was able to re-mount the license plate frame to accomodate the receiver. I also managed to lock the receiver pin with a small master lock.

The lights are the same Bosch ones that come on the H2, but with a clear lens. I have actually been stopped for not having a front tag here in CO on my Corvette years ago. The pin is the one that came with the truck, and I used a small Master lock to secure it. I actually use 3 of the same lock in various places. 1 for a small aircraft cable at the spare tire pin, and another for my bike rack assembly.
