OK so every once in a while, you see something, and you just can't even believe it.
So I live in a "resorty" kinda town, it's pretty nice and we hear and see an occasional celeb, but everyone once in a while you can get a "local yokel" factor.
Yesterday AM I parked the Hummer like I always do...No biggie. It was a slow day, so I close the office early and head back out to get in the truck and head home.
Anyhoooo....I get in the hummer and back out. As I'm pulling out of the parking lot, I see something laying on the ground.....What the hell? Is that what I think it is...Jesus H....No....Well I'll be ****ed it is....I'm thankful I have my camera in the Hummer, I take a picture and drive away stunned.

It was still there today. I was thinking a neighborhood dog would latch onto it, bring it home and surprise Mom and Dad with a little treat, but no such luck.

I find this thread disturbing on two levels.
One is an unexplained photo of mystery that leaves the mind curious as to how exactly the object arrived where it did. Such questions as: Where is the rest of it? and Will it grow back? come to mind.
The other is a graphic photo of what was frankly an amazing head shot for a citter with such a tiny head. This begs questions like: Did the photo have to be so big? So close? Of such high detail?

The "foot" has been removed. Not sure who/what took it, or where it went but it's no longer in the parking lot.
I was going to zip tie it to my front grill, or dangle it from a cord of the Gobi rack, but that's a little gross, even for me.

That's what we call a mohawk. Dame Varmit, 750 yards out with a 306. On a Saturday, Priceless.
