Frank's Army is everywhere. I even heard they were in Moab scouting around, but some were killed by explosives.

However, the Underground reports are that Frank's Army has super secret scouts in Moab still operating, planning, and working recon.

I wish we weren't here. Night time is the scariest. We hear strange things, bushes rustling, explosions, small arms fire, and even some tracked vehicles cruising the area. It's all very scary.
