Saw this paint scheme at my local Hummer dealer today. Looks like it could do some serious plowing to me http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

What happened here? Looks like it should be plowed under in landfill.

Like the concept as the John Deere green & yellow is classic & a good show of power, but the colors in the pictures are all wrong unless its a camera thing!

Sorry to say. it might be real. Notice the yellow shadows on the green paint.

Sorry folks... it's very real. No photoshopping here. I had to use my camera phone and yes it does suck, the camera that is. The H3 actually looked pretty cool close-up... but you have to have an appreciation of that color green (& yellow combination). I'm wondering if Hummer had to clear the brand usage with JD. Strange cross-branding going on there. It had bright yellow leather inserts in the interior on the dark charcoal/black leather. The salesman said they were probably going to tack about $7K onto the sticker of $35,500 because of the paint job.

I guess the next thing we'll see is a red one with giant Coke logos down the sides... or yellow with CAT on it... or blue with Pepsi on it... or, oh my God where will it end? Go figure.

I would like to see one in desert digi-flage myself.

...and I would never spend that much time playing around in Photoshop just to hack out an H3 in John Deere green & yellow. Someone else with game can have at it. Reflections and all.

Actually a CAT H3 might be kinda cool.

I saw that and figured that Deere had purchased it as a promotional vehicle. Okay thats pretty cool. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

But to pay $7K extra to advertise for a company? http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

Not so much. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif
