View Full Version : Transmission Temperature
I've noticed the temperature gauge for the Transmission is been creeping hotter. I normally run around 150 degrees, but the last few day it has been around 200 degrees. What transmission temperature do notice on your H2?

Since the weather got hotter, tranny temps stable at 200 . Check the pic in the owners manual, tranny temp gauge is displayed at 200. Must be normal, maybe a little higher than some other vehicles, but normal operating temp for the H2.
I'm making the switch to synthetic next week just for added insurance. It can't hurt.

Synthetic transmission fluid? I'll be. Mine runs around 200 when I'm really working it, like off road, but it seems normal.
