Is your stock exhaust flat on the bottom?

I just noticed that my stock exhaust pipe is flat on the bottom right above the tubular under body protection befoire the Y in the pipe. Is this normal, because I have never noticed it?

If you mean whewr it goes under the tranny pan, then that is normal. I'm guessing it was done for clearance. My stock UCP used to bend up and vibrate against it all the time, so a full round pipe would either be too close to the tranny pan, or require losing some much needed ground clearance.

Same thing happened to me twice. That stock UCP is a pain in the ass to bend back! I had to remove it both times. Now my exhaust is flat w/a kink in it.
