I'm PUMPED. The WHO announced they are playing Winnipeg in October!!

Just got my tickets. Row 11 on the Floor, CENTER!!! This is going to be AWESOME!! I can't wait. I've DUG the WHO FOREVER!!!!:D

Cool. I saw them on their...final tour (I think it was billed as that) in 81 or 82 in Rich Staduim, Buffalo. I was about in the 10-15th row, if you call it that, gen adminssion in a football staduim at a WHO concert!!!! I couldn't move. They were spraying down the crown with garden hoses to keep us cool, cuz it was a very hot summer day!

Should be a great show. Saw them in KC about 15 years or so ago and it was a great show :cool:

Only 2 are alive, Ethwistle died last year I belive, and Moon has been dead a long time. I saw them twice about 5 years ago before John died. I was 50 feet away from Pete and he was pissed because he was breaking strings on almost evey song. (very dry here) we could hear him yell at his gutiar tech. Get ready to be rocked!

Yeah, I've never had the opportunity to see the WHO. I saw Springsteen in Fargo, ND a couple of years ago, and wouldn't you know, the WHO were playing Minneapolis the SAME NIGHT:mad:

Oh well, Springsteen was AWESOME and now I'll get to see The WHO anyways:D

OH, it's Abbott & Costello's classic routine which I heard imitated by some other person once on the television. Why would you goto a concert to see that?

well you almost have it right. "Who" and "The Who" are bands from back in the sixty's and seventies.
Any reference to first or third base goes back to Abbott and Costello. I was raised on these guys and still love seeing them on TV.
