Well, we know he is the one capturing and sucking the life or whatever out of some- with the help of the Haitian dude. Is he Syler? No way that the Cop is bad- I don't think.

AND- if Mohinder's neighbor kissed him and knew about the Claire's dad before- why didn't he just help him (mohinder) figure everything out or tell him?

He's not Sylar. Sylar was the first and is now wanting to kill off the others.

The slash marks on the necks are Tracking marks put there by Bennett. He knows how important his daughter is and knows she needs to be saved. That's why he's finding all these people.

Claire's sister is still alive. That's who Sylar was after when he went to the Walker's home and killed Claire's biological parents. Parkman got his powers from Claire's sister.

$2 mil keeps popping up. It's a unifying dollar amount from the campaign donation, to the bank robbery by DL.

you are correct sir... last night's episode showed how mohinder's dad died. the watch matched sylar's. it showed his watch (uncracked) when he killed the dad, and cracked when he killed the waitress. So many details each second... Good thing I'm a genius. :D

• In the next episode, Peter meets Claire! Peter ends up in Texas following Future Hiro's strict orders to save the cheerleader and the world—and clearly, it gets bloody.
• As I've been hinting for a while now, someone close to Claire is doomed.
• Eden's powers come in very handy. (Power of Persuassion. Now will she use it on a Hero at some point?)
• Hiro stays stuck in the past, (this may be because of the conflict of changing the future at that point (Remeber the picture was on the wall and Future Hiro spoke perfect English and had long hair.) and he is the conduit for an upcoming episode that flashes back to show us where the characters were before we met them (including Claire's other suicide attempts caught on tape).
• And, oh yeah, did I mention Peter dies? Peter is in the presence of Claire when that happens. (So, does he take on her powers and regenerate?)

Now ponder this:

Future Hiro told Peter he had to save the cheerleader, and Hiro had nothing to do with saving her since he went back in time to save someone else. Now, does Future Hiro mean he, himself, has to save her later at another point, or did he mess something up in time/space relations? Why did the clock in the diner click backwards one second?

Peter had to save Claire because he's the only one that could survive a Sylar attack, since he takes on the powers of others.

The painting has Peter with a scar on his face, but the scar healed with Clair around. There's also blood on the Homecoming sign in the painting along with Hiro and Ando.

So maybe Hiro saves the waitress, alters time again, saves the cheerleader, but Sylar escapes.

Stopping Sylar won't stop the bomb, and stopping the bomb doesn't Save The World.

This is set up to replay with different outcomes for a long time.

Just a thought, Niki had a twin sister named Jessica. Just before Jessica was killed by their father she passed herself to Niki and waited until the time was right to come out.

In case some of you missed this controversy, this is from NBC:
So everyone who speculated that Zach, the best friend to indestructible Texas cheerleader Claire (and played by actor Thomas Dekker), was gay was right after all. Well, sort of. Apparently the initial intention was to make Zach gay, but somewhere along the way producer/showrunner Tim Kring decided to make him straight again in order to?do something. Now most fans don?t know this, and don?t really care, as Zach?s maybe-maybe not homosexuality really didn?t fit all that much into the show?s storylines. The belief was that Zach ?understood? Claire?s powers because he was an outcast, either because he was gay or he was a Goth kid. Either/or, right?

As to both parents having power, we don't know that 100%. Angella Petrelli hasn't shown a power, but you can infer she's probably a PreCog. Remember when she said she knew about Peter's power long before he did?

Also, we don't know if Sylar's mom has a power and again, we don't know anything about Sylar's dad other then he worked on watches, too.

Chandra Suresh called Sylar Patient Zero as if he was the first, but that doesn't make any sense.
