Does anyone else here use Bellsouth? which is now AT&T. They came up with a new homepage and it sucks. Its funny if you read the what you think link everyone is hating it. Its like they are copying AOL and making a childish homepage like that.

Anything At&t puts thier name on as on the top (regardless of ownership) gets jacked up when it comes to customer service...

Well, its funny you see as I had Att before cingualar and while the service/reception was sub par it wasnt as bad as others so i just stayed put - BUT - the customer service was horrid.

And now they are took over Cingular and I am bracing for the worst. but Cingular was 1000000 times better then the old Att. I just hope ATT management doesnt fuk up Cingulars "decent" customer service and polices.
