Remember the thread with the vid of the Marine's throwing the puppy?

Here's the outcome:

Marine Corps Base Hawaii (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,365783,00.html#) said in a news release Wednesday that Lance Cpl. David Motari received unspecified "non-judicial punishment" and "is being processed for separation" from the Marine Corps.

The second Marine, Sgt. Crismarvin Banez Encarnacion also received unspecified "non-judicial" punishment.I couldn't find the original, so if someone does this can be merged.

Can someone explain what non judicial punishment is?

Would it be something like stripping them down, soaking them in marinade and throwing them into a cage with about 20 rottweilers, that haven't been fed in two weeks?

That would be justice.

PUNISHMENT AWARDED BY THE COMMANDING OFFICER. No Judge, non-judicial, no lawyers, you are guilty when you go in.....
