I'm looking for a nice mud terrain tire that is also quiet when I'm taking my family on the highway for a drive.>> Nothing like drone while trying to have a conversation with the kids.. worse than the term "Chinese water torture!"

Not sure if they quite qualify as "mud" tires...but I love my 37" Cooper Discoverer STTs. They're nice and quiet on the road, at 75mph there is a slight hum, but nothing intrusive.

I love my toyo open country. Had the kumhos on my truck for a few months and they were rediculous. I can honestly say the toyos are not much louder then the BFG T/As.

I have 25k on mine and they are still as quiet as when I had them first put on. Love these tires and they are wearing very well.

I have just installed a set of ProComp Xtreme Terrains, bit of a hum in the city at low speed, but hwy is just fine and they look like they belong on this truck.

Anyone? I'm wondering if the 22x12 is going to stick out way too far.

You're probably going to get rubbing when you cut the front wheels all the way.

KM2's are the way to go if you spend time on-road
