Front license plate relocation

Does anybody know of a kit to relocate the front license plate. I ordered a winch and need to move the Lic plate over. By the way I got a Warn 9.5ti winch for $885. 00 at http://www.rcsoffroad.com/

All you need to do is move the plate from hanging from the upper holes to perching off the bottom holes. I put the Hummer winch kit on and my plate screwd in right behind it in the factory holes. The winch carrier slips in and out with no interference.

Wilderness makes a plate mount that fits into your front hitch. Works great for me. Pop it out and pop in the winch.
