Center Armrest

Does anyone know how to remove the center console (armrest) lid from the black plastic frame. I know there are screws, but after removing those, there still seems to be something holding it in place. I am trying to remove the lid to have it re-upholstered. Any help would be appreciated.

The service manual shows 10 screws and then it should come off.
