Finally got it installed this morning with a bunch of other Manik stuff (separate post). The install took my about 45 minutes, having done dozens of these on different vehicles. Very straightforward. Good instructions and quality is good.

Couple of things: I installed this unit with 4100 miles on the rig. My average MPG has been 9.7 since I bought the rig. So if there are any gains from this new breather, it will be easy to tell. I disconnected the battery to reset the computer.

1st observations: I cannot hear a difference in sound. I do have dual exhaust out back so maybe is just getting buried under that sound. I went for a short drive of about 50 or so miles, mostly highway, and the gauge now shows 9.8 MPG. No reason to get excited yet as I will have to put on a couple hundred to see if there are any benefits to this unit on our rigs. My experience is that I have always gained benefit from these type of units on all my Chevy's, Porsches and now my Corvette. Time will tell.
