Call a tow truck! These small fry are stuck!
OK, obviously European rigs, but what the heck is that little blue thing? I thought Vauxhall made some funny little 4 x 4s, but this one takes the prize.

I will admit that I do not know what the blue thing is. May be someone else will. The photo was made in Hungry. Here is another angle...AL
Looks like a 4wd Ford Fiesta...

If that's Hungary, then we might be looking at a Lada. I've seen a few in the Czech Republic and Poland, but parts are becoming scarce and I think many models have been discontinued.

It's a Suzuki Jimney
See www.suzuki4.co.uk/jimny_html/jimny_framset.html (http://www.suzuki4.co.uk/jimny_html/jimny_framset.html)
for more details
But I think your Hummers will eat it for breakfast

You're right my good man. They certainly don't sell them in North America and I've never come across one in Central Europe. I thought it was a Russian unit, by the initial looks of the exterior.
Are they popular in the UK?

They are fairly popular as they are value for money, pretty good off road because they are small and light - BUT not a proper 4 x 4 like the Hummers and of course the Land Rovers
Land Rovers are very popular in Central Europe. Folks mostly buy used/secondary market, as only Russian mafia and politicians can afford them otherwise. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
Here's a club I've come across during my visits to Poland.

I guess they're not sold in the U.S.
