Any of you guys tried a chrome spray yourself on any of the plastic H3 parts like that hood grill? cons, pros? I'm not experienced in those kinds of things just wondering whether to experiment or not... how does plastic hold the chrome paint?

The lame fake hood vent on the H3 looks more like a hibatchi grill especially with the hood handles. Maybe an electric grilling option should be availabe for tailgating/picnics.

If you are going to use a spray on anything you may get better results from spray on mud.

They only place spray on chrome belong is on r/c HUMMERS

Great http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I always prefer functional things. In this case it can be a function hood vent or an electric grill.

Don't paint the stock softer plastic pieces. They'll bend and cause cracking. Not to mention the paint really won't adhere properly and start to peal. Originally posted by aggiehummer...er:
