Dang Jason, we're in the same boat! I also placed an order on the 19th - for some husky liners and mudder covers. Haven't heard a word from them, but I was giving them until next week until I started bitching. Have you tried their phone number yet? I checked my status on their website, and it says "order processed" as of the 20th and that it would ship ASAP.

Nope, haven't ordered from them before. This is only the second thing I've ordered for the Hummer off the internet, and went with hummerparts since they were about $200 less than their next cheapest competitor on my total. Now I know why. http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

I, and several others, ordered some Corsa catback exhausts from them last year. I don't remember the owner's name, but he was great to deal with. He set up a group buy for us as well, and the items were shipped promptly. I would definitely give them a call to check on the status.

I believe the site is operated by Friendly Chevy, I ordered some Husky stuff and a few other items from them last November, the peices were mostly drop-shipped, some showed up in 7 days while others took nearly 2 weeks from time of order (they are in WA and I'm in CA).

I have to agree that communication is rather poor for ecommerce operation, but hang in there.

sclui56 is right - it is Friendly Chevrolet/Geo.

Good news and bad news. Good news - when I got home last night, the husky cargo liner was sitting on my doorstep. So part of my order has arrived.

Bad news - wrong color. So now I have to figure out where the rest of my order is AND facilitate an exchange. Grr....

Would you get the same price if you just called
the dealership?I do not buy bunny crap over the net without finding who is behind the site.
Washington to Calif is 4 days Maybe.
Good luck,

It's been my experience that if you call the dealer or visit in person, you get higher rates. Unless you have connections. I've never had a serious problem with online ordering, especially if it's from an established web site that's backed by a dealership, like this one is. The problem WILL get cleared up, one way or another.

Update: Got the rest of my order in yesterday, so all is good. I'll double check to make sure everything is there and fits, but other than the wrong color rear liner, it all looks great. Hopefully yours should be arriving soon - the ship date on these boxes was 2/3/05.
