James,

Not to highjack your thread, but drop me an email when you get a chance - I have some printer business questions for you.

Thanks,

Any problem with rubbing, gear ratio, or balancing? Thanks!

I think the H2 in the pic looks great with stock rims and those tires!----a nice combo without a lot of expense. The 4" lift looks great too.

I was curious as to what size spacer you had to put in. Looks very good.

Well guys this wasn't an easy job. First I used 1" spacers and secondly I modified the bump stops to prevent rubbing. Further modifications has been done on fenders using hot air gun to push further backwards and gain more space to accommodate the 40" tires. Balancing was another challenge but now is done and no issues. Gear ratios and shift points I have done a real home work using hypertech programmer and many test drives and finally got the right ratios. One extra thing is that I also changed ring and pinion.

I wanted to maintain original h2 look (money wasn't an issue but I wanted very much to keep the rims).

Cheers
Frank
