Nifty Catch-All mats question

Now that I have moved the spare tire to the carrier, the original husky cargo mat (for inside spare) leaves an unprotected area so I plan on replacing that with the Catch-all. Unfortunately, their site doesn't show much info.

For those who have the catch-all cargo mat - does it cover the full cargo floor? Does it have cut-outs or provisions for the 3rd row seat anchors?

I'm not sure about the Nifty mats, but I do have a Husky Cargo liner which covers the whole area without the spare inside. The Husky part number is 21301. Details are here: http://www.huskyliners.com/2130instrdoc.pdf
Cut outs for the 3rd row seat are marked (but not for the 4th row http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif).

Just an update for those who're interested. The complete set of Catch-All came in today and I am a lot happier with these than the Husky's in terms of fit & look.

To answer my own question, the cargo mat has the proper cut-outs already made for the 3rd seat, it also has relief cuts in place so in case the spare is still inside, the mat will still fit. Not sure how well the Catch-=All will stand up over time, but I have a feeling the Husky's will win in that department.
