I installed the Billet door handle replacements from RealWheels about 2 months ago. They were easier than I expected, and went one really nice. If you are interested, I might still have the set of instructions they sent with the kit. They were some of the best I have seen, as I really only looked at the pictures anyway.

Thanks JR Hummers, but I already installed the chrome bezels this past weekend. Thanks to KenP's link, I saved $600 that the dealer would have charged me to install them.
