just got this email reply from roughcountry re lift status......

Just an update on the Hummer H3 kit. Hummer will be releasing a newly designed Under Body Armor factory option and we have made a couple of modifications to the kit to allow this as well as the original Under Body Armor option to still bolt-on. Also the kit is now compatible for left and right hand drive vehicles.

These changes are delaying the release by just a bit. We are still working to get the lowest price possible for this kit, but nothing is set yet. The kit will definitely be released by March 1st but could be sooner. As more information is released I will be emailing everyone updates. If you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks for you interest,
Zac

Does the e-mail imply that Hummer already has a Under body Armor option for sale and roughcountry is going to make an improved design?

This is for sure still the best looking lift kit. I checked the Fab-Tech website but there was no news yet. I thought I saw a lift-kit from them on the SEMA pictures.

Hi, just had a chat with Zac from Rough Country...nothing special, just wanted to let the people that are interested know that it is still looking like March when they release the lift. Here is the chat:

[Zac] Hello, how may I help you?
[Angela] Hi! Just wanted to know when the new lift for the H3 might be coming out?
[Zac] I believe in the last email update I sent out, it was scheduled for March, but possibly sooner. As of now, it still looks like the beginning or middle of March.
[Angela] OK...I got that email, just wanted to check again to see of anything has changed. I am a member of the Elcova Hummer H3 forum and there are quite a few people on there that are VERY interested (including myself)...we are all just chomping at the bit so to speak....thanks again!
[Zac] No problem, keep checking back with me. I hope to send out a new email here soon.
