Just picked this up last Friday. Brush guard already added. Just ordered exhaust and cold air filter. looking at racks too. And after seeing the Toyo tires, I am just about ready to go there too. Tires too expensive to ship. Local tire store had these Cooper tires for same money and the sidewall is three ply to resist punctures. They look cool and work well so far. Exhaust sounds sweet.

David - nice slate blue H3. Enjoy.

Let us know when you get your exhaust installed. Interested in your opinion.

Very nice H3, which exhaust did you get?

After we get ours, I'm thinking about the H3 Sport Exhaust System from h3source.com.

Just got the exhaust Saturday, while I was in the hills getting her dirty. I got the SMA exhaust. I will put it on next week. Had new tires put on Friday too. Waiting for the AirAid cool air set up too. Till later

Good deal.

Like that brush guard.

The exhaust and the Airaid are the two additions that I want to do also.

Hope it all goes well.

Exhaust went on today. Took Muffler shop about 40 minutes. Right tools sure do help. It sounds awesome. And it feels to have a little more get up and go too. Can't wait till the cold air intake gets here!

BABHUMV,

How's the SMA exhaust sound inside the cabin? Any noticable increase in cabin noise? Does it drone at freeway speeds (65-80mph)? Would appreciate your comments and feedback before you install the intake set up.

thanks,
Steve

Steve,
The exhaust does increase the interior cabin noise a slight amount. I like it, it is not too loud, but at a level that I know what the engine is doing. If you want super quite, stick with the original, if you want mellow sports car type noise, go for it. It is not loud and obnoxious. And the best part.. It looks AWESOME!! http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

BABHUMV/Dave,

Thanks for the feedback on the SMA exhaust, very much appreciated. I'm glad you had a chance to compare to stock before you had the intake installed. I think it looks great too.

I drove the dealers totally pimped H3 a few weeks ago. They had both the SMA intake and exhaust systems. I thought it was a bit noisy, and most of the noise was coming from the front of the vehicle (from the intake).

Enjoy your H3!
