James , I have looked back and forth for a good 2 minutes now. I like both, the chrome matches the wheels, makes it look bigger and the lights look more luminous. The black looks clean and mean. I think if i had to make a choice it would be the chrome though.

Line-x looks good. I remeber when I first had my grill on the '03 done alot of people said it looked stupid, until their painted ones started chipping, and mine could practically withstand a sledgehammer beating`(the coating not the plastic http://www.elcova.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif ) Stick with the line-x

Depends upon the look you want. Chrome is more refined, looks better with the wheels. Black is more bad ass. more utility. Either is a great choice depending upon your goal for your rig.
