I feel the need to apologize to the forum members for my behavior lately. Certain people antagonized me so much that I let my anger override my normal mellow persona. I have honestly never been this enraged over anything since Nam and feel like a fool.

I have decided to leave this forum because frankly I have embarrassed myself.

I had a difficult time at first with this, but hummer information wise, ALL these guys & gals are GREAT...

Damn G, why u gotz to be dissin' on fruit??? Yeah, sure it's carbs, but it's all natural and the sugars are bound in fiber so it won't spike your insulin response. Keeps ya regular too!
