Is there anything new coming down the road for the H2?

Many announcements out regarding the revamped full size Chevy, GMC and Caddy line-up.

And yes, we all know, and love, and understand that the H2 is not a Tahoe, but do we have any knwoledge on whether or not any GM enhancements will make their way to the H2 for the next model year?

The H2 clearly rules for all that is off-road, but is severly lacking in interior refinement and economy (yes, noted that this is a lux SUV, yes I can afford the gas, etc., but really shouldn't GM put good technology into the H2 already?).

I think GM could have an even bigger winner with the H2 if they made it environmentally acceptable (heck, most of us want to take it out into nature and love the environment, otherwise we'd stay on pavement)...

Hybrid maybe someday?

Hoping for not another model year with little to no improvement...

I heard GM was to launch a full all out H2 SS like package - by DUB. That I think was going to be in 08 as well.

When is the new SUT water tight Tonneau cover supposed to be made public?

I heard possible interior changes in '07 and Duramax not until '09 - '10. This was from a dealer, but not sure if just rumors...

I have one of those now. Even the sprayer @ the cawash doesn't get in the bed area.

I too have heard internet rumors over at GM Insider about an interior refresh next year. I have no clue what is true or not.

Why spend money on an interior refresh for '07 if an '08 "may" have a new body style? If they refresh the interior next year it can only mean we are a few years off until the incorporation of the GMT900 frame.

If it is refresheshed it will get the same HVAC, guages and switches the new GM's have, that is for sure.

when is a body change going to happen? I have seen the yukon and tahoe. Will it have some of that flavor added?

HT:

No links to info, just had an inside line on it. Told me to watch for it, that was while they were talking with DUB.

Same thing was going to happen with the Escalade.

Dealer told me interior changes would be more like the H3.
