I sold three units, two on H2 and one H1. The warrenty is only one year and we had one come back with a sensor problem. They work great and are tons of fun. Just make sure you get a warrenty in writing from who installs it. Repair is very expensive.

I have had Night Driver on my H2 for over a year and consider it a plus. It works very well in poor lighting conditions like blowing snow to show any heat source. The major short coming is the fairly narrow 'look' down the road. If something like a deer were to suddenly approach from the side fairly close to the vehicle, it will be outside of the field of view, but anything down the road is in the view. Any person or animal on or near the road well in front of the vehicle is very obvious. It takes a little use to include in your scan while driving but in short order is much like the rear view mirror where you will pickup changes without actually 'watching' it like a monitor. I certainly would not consider it a necessity, but I do appreciate the slight safety edge under some conditions.
