I've had my H3 for three months and it has been absolutely trouble free, until now.My drivers seat cushion has either collapsed or the seat cover material has stretched so when you get out of the seat, the material is all wavey.Has anyone had this problem and what do you folks think I should expect the dealer to do..replace the seat or should I expect them to try and repair it?

Same thing happening to my seats. I will probably push to get the seats replaced in a while. I have only 2000 miles on, so that type of wear is unacceptable.

My drivers seat makes a loud metal on metal crunching sound, sometimes, when I get out. I'm only 150 pounds so it's not like I'm crushing the damn thing. The sound is coming from the left side of the seat. It only happens once in a while.
Is this on the leather or the cloth seats ??

Mine is cloth....and it is right in the mittle of the seat cushion.

I brought my H3 to the dealer today and he is ordering me two new front seats.I think this is great service but what's to stop it from happening again in two months. The material in the center of the seat seems to be something like burlap and I know this material will always do this. This is really going to suck.

Agreed. I want to put on some really nice neoprene seat covers, but seems like there are none available yet. There are few places and sites that make really nice ones that fit perfect and don't look like those 19.95 seat covers from WalMart....
Hopefully someone will start making them soon!!!!

After almost eight months, my cloth front seats are getting a little sat out too, but they are softer now. You can tell my 6 ft 4, 210 pound frame has had an impact on them. One advantage with the cloth is now the back seat almost lies flat when I fold it down. I saw a Red H3 with some sharp looking Limited Edtion embroidered leather Victory seats - they had a red leather insert and looked good with the red exterior color.

killian, do you have the cloth seats with the lumbar dial on the side? If so, the sound you are hearing when you slide out of the seat is the side plastic part of the seat pushing that dial out. It makes a funny noise. Sometimes I have to push that dial back into place. Poor design but I'm sure they will change that in the future.
As for my seats, they are cloth and i have almost 6K miles on the H3 and they still look new. No signs of wear or that they are breaking down anywhere. I guess I'm lucky.
