I think your right especially with everyone here right now. I could be wrong since I have not gone back through the old thread but hasn't he gotten dumber since the last time?

So, you volunteered for the Marine Corps during Vietnam, served your tour(s) and the most you could muster was a couple of chevrons on your sleeve?

It may come as a shock to you; but, not everyone accused of a crime is guilty. For example, the 31 year veteran police officer I defended last week.
He was indicted by a "stacked deck" grand jury, because a "crack whore" claimed he beat her. At trial, he was found not guilty in about 30 seconds.

Are you not supposed to be a lawyer. Actuall law degree and all?

You really don't have a good handle on the English conversational skills, do you?

Great show man! Get 10 murders off death row, sue 100 innocent employers for freeloader money, put 15 drunk drivers back on to the road.......all is OK of you represent 1 innocent guy that has an open 'n shut case. Great work. Be proud.

PARAGON 01-18-2006 03:53 PM

You seem to have a history of exaggeration. Do you exaggerate this much while in court? The truth doesn't mean a whole lot to a PI lawyer does it?

The telling sign of an elite lawyer:

"Major Credit Cards Accepted"

The jury deliberated for about 30 seconds.
The testimony took a couple of days.

So your premise is that everyone, charged with a crime, is guilty and everyone injured, at work, is a freeloader?
God save us from people like you.

I don't do solicitations and my Yellow Pages listing is my name, address and number.

So your premise is that everyone is innocent and you'd never go after corporate "deep pockets" if you thought your client was milking the system?

Uh-huh....

NOTE: I'm just asking dumb questions like yours that are full of incorrect presuppositions.

My cousin walcy,
Nothing is wrong with the use of credit cards. All I said is that it is a telling sign...
