Before you plan on part of that trip being through CA, check your length. CHP likes to enforce that, especially if you are running out-of-state tags with an H2 attached. Some of my friends got stopped for being 3" too long...he actually got the tape measure out on the side of the highway to prove they were illegal! After writing the ticket, he made them unhook and drive the tow vehicle separately. |
